What areas do you service?
We work with clients across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley region in-person. For clients outside these areas, our Virtual Design Package delivers the same guidance and clarity remotely.
How do I get started?
Every project begins with a Discovery Session — a walkthrough (in-home or virtual) where we discuss your space, style, and goals. From there, we recommend the right package for your project. Book a Discovery Session to begin.
What's included in a Discovery Session?
An initial walkthrough and site overview, lifestyle mapping and a design brief, clear verbal recommendations, and a follow-up summary with tailored next steps. It's designed to give you clarity before committing to a full project.
How much do your services cost?
Packages start from $275 for a Discovery Session, with Concept, Design & Planning, Styling, and plant-focused Flourish packages available depending on what your space needs. Full pricing is on our Services page; every project gets a tailored quote after your Discovery Session.
Do you offer virtual or remote design services?
Yes — our Virtual Design Package delivers full design support online, so you get the same guidance and clarity from anywhere, even outside our usual service area.
Do you help with shopping and sourcing?
Yes. Our Shopping Day package pairs you with a designer for a guided sourcing session — trying furniture, testing comfort, and choosing finishes in person. We can also provide sourcing lists and recommendations as part of most other packages.
How long does a project typically take?
It depends on scope — a single Styling Experience might wrap up in a couple of weeks, while a full Design & Planning project takes longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline as part of your proposal after the Discovery Session.
