What areas do you service?
We work with clients across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley region in-person. For clients outside these areas, our Virtual Design Package delivers the same guidance and clarity remotely.
How do I get started?
Book a free 30-minute Discovery Call — a relaxed chat (by phone or video) about your space, style, and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, if it feels like a good fit, we'll book in a Consultation to get into the details. Book your free Discovery Call to begin.
What's the difference between the Discovery Call and a Consultation?
The Discovery Call is a free, no-obligation 30-minute chat to get to know each other and talk through your project before committing to anything. The Consultation is the next step — an in-home visit where we walk through your space, measure up, and start brainstorming ideas together.
What's included in a Consultation?
An in-home walkthrough and measure-up, brainstorming ideas for your space together, and getting to know your style, story, and goals — followed by a summary with tailored next steps.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of your project — packages range from a single Styling Experience through to full Design & Planning. We'll talk through what's right for your space and budget on your free Discovery Call, then confirm a tailored quote after your Consultation.
Do you offer virtual or remote design services?
Yes — our Virtual Design Package delivers full design support online, so you get the same guidance and clarity from anywhere, even outside our usual service area.
Do you help with shopping and sourcing?
Yes. Our Shopping Day package pairs you with a designer for a guided sourcing session — trying furniture, testing comfort, and choosing finishes in person. We can also provide sourcing lists and recommendations as part of most other packages.
How long does a project typically take?
It depends on scope — a single Styling Experience might wrap up in a couple of weeks, while a full Design & Planning project takes longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline as part of your proposal after your Consultation.
